Day 6 started with 6 of our swimmers again hitting the pool early with Katie and Karen, in order to free up space in the later session. The first session was the earliest so far (7-9am) and it was still pitch black when the hit the water (but floodlit!). The rest of our swimmers were due in the pool at 9.30-11.00 am. After training this morning, swimmers will be in the gym, lunch, then were having a quiz straight after lunch, followed by either another trip to the beach, or the waterpark, followed by 10 pin bowling again this evening! So the free afternoon will turn out to be rather busy!!
