Day 4........

Today started off with the first of our 'early morning' swims! Many found it difficult to adapt to the different time of training, especially due to the fact the pool was floodlit as it was still dark.  The group was split into two, the first group swam 7.30-9.30, the second group followed from 9.30-11.30.  As the sun rose, the sky was spectacular many different colours with the palm trees silhouetted.
