Day 6...... Continued...

The second group were training 9.30-11.30 this morning, the usual ritual (sun cream) putting on session took place, it was pointed out that one of our swimmers had arrived with odd shoes! Abi confessed that the sun and heat must've gotten to her head as she arrived with one flip flop and a trainer on!  There are just a few pics from this mornings session.......
