Day 5 continued.......

In order to free up lane space in the 9.30-11.30 session, a few swimmers joined world ranked No.16 triathlete Katie Hewison and Karen Driver's session at 7.30!  This allowed the later session to spread out a bit and get a much more beneficial swim.  The session proved to be a good idea, and provided Katie with a coach for 2 hours, mike benefitted from joanne providing him waitress service for his breakfast!
