Day 4 continued........

The second group of swimmers arrived for their session, ensuring they were well sun creamed up as there wasn't a cloud in the sky!  The first group went for breakfast and met at the gym where handy Andy carried out a trim gym session!! Mike met up after the second group had completed their swim session!

The afternoon was spent on the beach and shopping, we've found a cafe now with free wifi, so looks like we may just be venturing down here to update blog/twitter etc as the wifi at hotel is virtual!!  Everyone had a fantastic time at the beach, many went in for a swim, whilst others chilled sunbathing or playing football.  The adults too had a pleasant afternoon drinking brews and a well earned beverage at the beach bar as it was happy hour! There were plenty of laughs heard from the group, even the locals seemed to be watching us all as it was very like a free cabaret!!
